Can I update/change my pharmacy?

Yes, of course! There are two options to do this. When your Measured provider writes you a prescription, you will receive a text message prompting you to select a pharmacy. Simply click the link in the message and choose where you’d like your prescription to go.

If you plan to use the same pharmacy for every refill, we recommend setting your pharmacy as “preferred.”  This is always changeable in the event that you’d like your medication to be filled at a different pharmacy in the future. If you do not set a preferred pharmacy, you will be prompted to select a pharmacy every time a new prescription is written for you. 

To change your pharmacy in the future, you can send an SMS reply to our pharmacy team at 513-866-3212.
