How do I access my meal guide?

As soon as you complete the sign-up process for Measured and set up your subscription, our team will begin to create a custom Meal Guide for you based on your profile and preferences. After 15 minutes, you’ll be able to access your personalized Meal Guide by clicking the My Meal Plan section on the Measured platform.

If you don’t have access to your Meal Guide, please email careteam@trymeasured.com and our Measured Care Team will be happy to help resolve this issue.
