What happens if I miss my check-in / follow-up appointment?

While it's important to check-in with your provider and request a timely refill, we understand that life gets busy sometimes. If you receive a typical 28 day supply, it's best to check-in with your provider after you've taken the 3rd dose, which ensures a timely refill. If you do miss that time window, as soon as you can, please submit a refill request.
