• At-Home Assessment Kits are non-refundable.

Initial Consultation Fee:

• Initial Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Measured membership Fee: 

• Measured membership fee is non refundable once a billing period has started. Members can cancel their membership at anytime and can access until the end of their billing period.
