Am I eligible for the Measured Medical Plan?

Thanks for your interest in Measured! Measured is a personalized and holistic approach to weight loss and weight management. Your health is our main priority and we want to create a personal care plan that is customized to help you meet your health and nutrition goals based on your eligibility.

Based on the guidance of our medical experts, patients with the following criteria are not eligible for the Measured Medical Plan at this time:

pregnant or actively attempting to conceive
breastfeeding
active anorexia or bulimia nervosa
active cancer and undergoing treatment
active heart disease
under 21 or over 65 years old

Kidney disease (GFR <60) or have had kidney transplant
A History of liver disease or a liver transplant (fatty liver not an exclusion)
Use steroid medication (example: prednisone) daily
Use insulin daily
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (Hg A1c >7.0%)
A history of heart attack, stroke, or any other heart conditions which limit daily activities within the last six months
Have had bariatric surgery or gastric sleeve
