How does the Measured lab kit work?

For members who are unable to complete a lab requisition locally at a Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp Labs, or primary care, Measured lab kit allows you to submit the required lab work from the comfort of your own home! Here's how the process works:

1. Kit arrives in the mail via USPS priority in 1-3 business days
2. Read all instructions prior to getting started with the lab kit'
3. Fast for 8 hours prior to providing the blood sample
4. Register your kit using the instructions in the box
5. Complete your blood sample and mail the kit within 2 days
6. The kit costs $125, which must be paid prior to shipping

We test for the following:

• Creatinine
• eGFR
• Hemoglobin A1C
• Liver tests: AST, ALT
• Thyroid Function (TSH)
• Lipid Profile (LDL, HDL, TGL)

Please note that your lab results are required for you to proceed with the Measured Medical track. If you fail to complete and/or submit your labs, you will not be able to continue with your Measured treatment plan or request a refill.
