What type of insurance does Measured work with?

Measured works with most commercial insurance plans. Keep in mind that insurance coverage is specific to each individual's plan and may or may not cover weight management medications.

At this time, we are not authorized to accept any government or state-funded insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare plans because we are not contracted with these programs. Therefore, members will not be able to utilize these insurance plans with us and we are unable to provide any telehealth services to you.

Measured providers are out of network for Kaiser, so you will be unable to obtain insurance authorization for a prescription written from Measured. In this case, we would recommend to cash pay, such an oral medication like Metformin or compounded semaglutide.
