What type of insurance does Measured work with?

Measured works with most commercial insurance plans. Keep in mind that insurance coverage is specific to each individual's plan and may or may not cover weight management medications. At this time, we are not authorized to accept any state medicaid or medicare plans because we are not contracted with the state’s medicaid and medicare programs. Therefore, members will not be able to utilize these insurance plans with us.
