  • No Video Calls Needed: All communications are managed via secure messaging to enhance convenience.

  • Prescription Issuance: If your provider determines that a prescription is appropriate based on the provided information, they will issue it directly.

If you have questions about your healthcare needs or dosing before committing to a plan, you can arrange a nurse call by following these steps:

  1. Provide Contact Information: Submit your basic contact details to enable the nursing team to reach out to you.

  2. Discuss Your Concerns: During the call, you can discuss your situation and ask any questions about dosing or treatment options. This option ensures that you can make well-informed decisions prior to purchasing a plan.

Nutrition counseling sessions with dietitians occur via Google Meet video calls, but you may choose to keep your camera off.
