Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Members may request cancellation at any time and for any reason.

Cancellation requests may be submitted in the following ways:

  • by directly messaging your care team via your portal

  • by updating your subscription settings within your portal dashboard

  • by submitting a formal written request to careteam@trymeasured.com

There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your membership. Please note that provider consultation fees ($49), and membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

You will receive a confirmation notification once your cancellation request has been processed. This confirmation ensures that your account will not be charged moving forward. Additionally, you can log in to your account portal at any time to check the status of your request.
