Yes. Members may request cancellation at any time and for any reason.
Cancellation requests may be submitted in the following ways:
by directly messaging your care team via your portal
by updating your subscription settings within your portal dashboard
by submitting a formal written request to [email protected]
There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your membership. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started and your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
