Yes. You may request to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. You may request this via your patient portal by chatting directly with your care team, by updating your subscription request on your portal dashboard, or by submitting a formal written request.
No cancellation fees are associated with ending your membership. However, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Please note: Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
