If your prescription is expired, or expiring soon, please use the "Refill Prescription" tab on the homepage of your app.
If you receive a typical 28 day supply, it's best to check-in with your provider after you've taken the 3rd dose, which ensures a timely refill. It will also provide you with information on how your body is tolerating the medication and if you want to increase your dose.
If you do miss the provided time window, please submit a refill request as soon as possible to prevent any further delays.
